Shipping policy

Each Field + Bee candle is thoughtfully handmade in small batches, often just for you. Please allow 10–14 business days for your order to be poured, finished, and prepared for shipping.

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. At this time, Field + Bee ships within the United States only. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Delivery times begin after the order has shipped and may vary by destination, carrier conditions, weather, and seasonal volume. Please take a moment to confirm your shipping address before placing your order.

If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a product defect, please contact us within seven days of delivery through our Contact page. We’ll be glad to take care of it.

Orders are packed with care using recyclable kraft packaging and plastic-free materials wherever possible.
